Shipping – Sri Lanka (Domestic)

We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. All orders are shipped via Standard Delivery. 

Once dispatched, you can expect to receive your order within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, and our courier partner will contact you directly for delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions or courier service disruptions).

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, all caps are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We will share updated return and exchange policies for dog products once they are launched.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

All claims are subject to review. Reddi reserves the right to assess and determine eligibility for a replacement based on the information provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled.

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Please note: the window for changes is very limited, and while we’ll try to help, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.
